A tight budget required clever planning and design works to create the additional zones, whilst not impeding on the spaciousness sought. The selection of plumbing fixtures & finishes coupled with eclectic tiles and cabinetry finishes, stylishly ties this home together and holds its firm roots of yesteryear. The American Oak flooring adds warmth and comfort under foot on the second level. Going out on a limb and choosing to cut, grind and polish the bottom level was a big decision but was well worth the result as the aggregate mixture of the old floor created a stunning finish.
